Batch Processing is method used by many merchants to enable the efficient processing of large volumes of gateway transactions.
Information on customer orders is stored in spreadsheet files such as Excel or Comma Separated Values (CSV). Merchants can upload these files to the payment gateway to quickly process multiple transactions with a single spreadhsheet upload.
The CyoGate payment gateway supports batch upload files in CSV, XLS, or TXT files via FTP over SSL or manual web upload. CyoGate's Batch Processing feature provides great flexibility for supporting different spreadsheet structures. For example, merchants can specifically create a "custom format", use an "auto-detect" format, or use an "original" pre-determined format.
