Process Recurring Payments & Stay PCI Compliant!

The CyoGate Payment Gateway supports three different methods of handling recurring billing and subscription payments right in the gateway itself:

• Customer-Specific - The merchant can setup and bill a single cardholder via either credit card or ACH e-check for a specified dollar amount, at specified intervals, for either a pre-set number of times, or indefinitely until cancelled.

• Plan-Based - The merchant can create pre-defined recurring billing plans and then add an unlimited number of cardholders to a designated plan. This method simplifies the update process since when either the timing or dollar amount of the plan changes, all cardholders associated to that plan are effected accordingly.

• Modifiable - Using the CyoGate Batch Upload feature, the merchant may create an Excel spreadsheet in either .CSV or .TXT format, to be uploaded as often as needed. This feature provides the merchant with the convenience of recurring billing with the added ability to change any related billing information including the dollar amount. If the merchant elects to create an Excel worksheet, the template can be saved on the gateway and used for subsequent processing and settlement. CyoGate's Batch Upload process can process 50,000 transactions within approximately 90 minutes!

Retail & Internet Merchant Accounts

An Internet Merchant Account is sometimes referred to as a "MOTO" (Mail Order & Telephone Order) Account because they all require the ability to process a credit card payment when there is no physical credit card present to be swiped. A standard retail "swipe" merchant account does not allow processing of these "card-not-present" transactions.
