Which iPhones are supported?

iPhone XS or later running iOS 16.0+.

Does it work with magnetic stripe cards?

No — NFC/contactless only. For swipe and chip, use the VP3350 reader.

Can I process refunds?

Yes, using the .refund transaction type — the customer taps their card to receive the refund.

What if there's no internet during a transaction?

By default the transaction fails. Configure Store-and-Forward mode for offline capability — see Modes of Operation.

Is Tap to Pay available outside the US?

CyoGate supports US merchants only at this time. Contact your account representative for international updates.
